Saving money is not as hard as it seems.  Here are ten practical tips that you can do to begin saving money, without changing your lifestyle.

1. Replace incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescent (CFL) bulbs.  CFL bulbs consume 80% less energy than incandescent bulbs, but give the same illumination.  Make sure to buy only lamps and bulbs that have the Energy Star rating to ensure quality compliance.

2. Make a list when going to the grocery and stick to it! Anything that is not on the list is not a “need”, but merely a “want” so avoid busting your pockets for unnecessary items. Buy non-perishable consumables in bulk to benefit from bulk discounts.

3. Use coupons when available.  Take the time and have the patience to clip and organize grocery coupons.  When added together, savings from using all coupons in one grocery trip can be as much as $20-$30.  Purchase dining and shopping coupons online and print them at home.  Doing so can save you at least 50% on the face value of the coupons.

4. Buy online, whenever possible.  Online stores pass their savings from rental costs and warehousing to the online consumer, thus they can afford as much as 70% off their rack price.  When buying items online, Google it first together with the word, “discount code”.  This can give you further reductions on the item you want to purchase.  Try also online bidding:  they offer at least 75% off the original purchase price, for practically new (slightly used!) items.

5. Take lunch to work.  Buy potato chips and soda from the grocery and make a homemade sandwich and pack them in a brown bag.

6. Eat homemade dinners as often as possible.  Plan menus that are practical and easy-to-cook to encourage eating at home.  Save money by dining out only on special occasions.

7. Use everyday pantry items for skin and body care.  Cucumbers, honey, milk, lemon, salt and baking soda are some items in your home that can also be used to take care of your skin.

8. Avoid shopping to de-stress.  Try walking around the park or watching a movie instead.

9. Bring your own sodas and snacks when watching a movie. The cost of sodas and snacks are at least 25% higher in movie houses.  Plus, homemade popcorn tastes much better: you can put on all the salt and butter you want!

10. Pay off your credit card balances each month and avoid finance charges.  Better yet, use cash as much as possible, unless using plastic will give you a better deal (0% interest on appliance purchases, or cash rebates).

There has been considerable discussion about the separation of Church and State. A fine line has been drawn between the education options open to parents who want their children to be trained under the guidelines set by the locally recognized school system qualifications but allow the students to be educated in a church school environment instead of the over-crowded conditions found in the public school system.

The curriculum offered in the Christian education programs for children that attend private schools is very similar to that offered in the public school system. There are many additions though, that make attending school in a Christian environment very appealing to parents. Students are afforded an education that is more personable and complete. Christian school teachers find the time to cover a broad spectrum of courses and some of those courses are not available through the public schools.

The Bible is a standard textbook at a private school operated by Christian church organizations. The basic teachings of the Bible are included in the day to day operations at the school and teachers rarely worry about drugs or guns being present in the classroom or on the school campus. Children learn in classrooms that are cool and comfortable in the summer months and warm in the winter.

Private schools can operate on a religious program that is not endorsed by State law. The bare mention of God is prohibited in the public school system and the Ten Commandments have been removed from Government buildings. Children are free to discuss religion and learn about the history of the world through the teachings that are written in the Bible.

A Christian school education offers children the opportunity to participate in sports programs that are very competitive and many students earn scholarships for college through the excellence of their participation in these sports. The children receive a well-rounded education that includes academics, cultural and arts programs in the curriculum that is offered.

A Christian education path allows students to join bands and participate in band competitions. There are also opportunities for children to take piano classes from teachers who are at the top of their field in the musical world. The Christian choral groups learn to raise their voices high to promote and praise God for the glory of being alive and loved. Parents place their trust in the Christian school programs and they are never let down in any way.

Those who have investigated that large world of golf employment have found that it doesn't need to be only a dream.

Nearly anyone, no matter what skill level you have could have a rewarding career in the golf industry. One of the main reasons that many people do not pursue the dream of a career on the course is that they believe the field is limited. In fact, since many people share this view there are many placements available.

But what many people are finally realizing is that almost anyone can have a rewarding career in golf.

The first thing most people think about when hearing golf employment is a golf instructor. Although this can be a lucrative job in the field, it is certainly only a small percentage of the golf employment industry. There are groundskeepers, golf course owners, managers, pro shop employees, golf manufacturers and of course, professional golfers. And this is only the beginning of the list.

If you have noticed that golf is your passion and that you want it to play a bigger part in your own life, then you need to focus your goals. A wonderful way to do this is by attending a golf school or golf academy.

If you happen to be blessed with enormous golfing talent then the golf employment field you may be most interested in would be golf instructing. Being a golf instructor allows you the freedom of being on the course most of the day. You will learn more about your own game as you help others improve theirs.

However, if you plan on becoming a golf instructor you will need to have patience. It can be a very rewarding career but there are bound to be some frustrations.

That is why it is a good idea to immerse oneself in the field as much as possible before deciding on a specific career route. The golf industry continues to flourish so it's time you got your own career on the course.

The Roomba vacuum cleaner is made and sold by the
company iRobot. The Roomba was released in 2002
with updates and new models released in 2003, 2004,
and so on. These days, millions of them have been
sold, making it the most successful and popular
robotic vacuum cleaner thus far.

Acessories
1. Remote control - This allows you to
control the Roomba remotely.
2. Schedular - This allows you to program
your Roomba to clean house on your schedule, even if
you are out. The schedular can also update a pre-2.1
Roomba robot to the 2.1 software.
3. Homebase - This is where the Roomba will
automatically return for recharging.
4. Virtual wall - This is used for keeping
the Roomba out of certain areas.
5. OSMO - This is a dongle that attaches
to the serial port of the Roomba.

Description
The Roomba is a disc, 13 inches in diameter and less
than 4 inches high. A large contact sensing bumper
is mounted on the front half of the unit, with an
infrared sensor located at the top front center. A
carrying handle is fitted at the top of it as well.
Depending on the model Roomba you select, it can
come with one or two infrared transmitter units.

The first and second generation Roomba models
needed to be told the size of the room through the
use of three small buttons, although this is now
no longer required with newer Roomba generations.

The Roomba operates with internal nickel metal
hyrdide batteries and requires being recharged on
a regular basis from a wall plug, although the newer
generations have a home base where they will
automatically find and go to when they need to charge
themselves.

Using the newer generations of Roomba consists of
carrying it wherever you would like to start,
pressing the power button, then pressing either
clean, spot, or max.

Whenever the clean, spot, or max button is pressed,
the Roomba will pause for second or two and then
begin work. The contact bumper on the machine
will detect bumping into walls and furniture, and
the virtual walls will limit the Roomba to the
areas that you desire. There are also 4 infrared
sensors on the bottom that will prevent the Roomba
from falling offer of ledges or down the steps.

Unlike the Electrolux models, the Roomba doesn't
map out the rooms they are cleaning, as they
instead rely on bumping into objects or walls to map
things out. The design is based on MIT technology
that robots should be like insects and equipped
with simple controls mechanisms tuned to their
environments.

After a little bit of time, the Roomba will begin
to sing. If it detects a homebase, it will try to
return to it. At that point, you simply remove
the dust bin from the rear of the robot and empty
it into a trash can.

Keep in mind that the Roomba isn't designed for
deep pile carpet. It is however, low enough to
go under your bed and most other furniture. If
at any time it senses that it has become stuck,
it will no longer sense the floor underneath it,
it will stop and begin to sing until you come and
find it.

If you are tired of vacuuming and simply don't want
to do it anymore, a Roomba vacuum cleaner will be
a great investment. You can sit back and relax, or
go out and do things while the Roomba does all of
the vacuuming for you. There is nothing easier than
having a Roomba around, as it will help to simplify
things like never before.

Bass fishing has a fascinating history. It started in the late 18th century and continues to progress until today.

It probably was originally practiced in search for food among the people in the south of the United States. Since then, it has started gaining numerous audiences of all ages and nations. Today, countries such as Australia, Cuba, South Africa, United States and most of Europe participate in this kind of event.

Timelines

The year 1768 or 1770 represents the birth of bass fishing sports. Onesimus Ustonson introduced his first multiplying reels to the fishing gurus and lovers. It was later developed into bait caster.

William Shakespeare Jr. materializes the production of a level wind device and secured its patent on 1897.

The William J. Jamison Co introduced the overly ornamented Shannon Twin Spinner in 1915 and was improved to create today’s spinner baits.

In 1932, President Franklin D. Roosevelt instituted the creation of Tennessee Valley Authority and encouraged the creation and building of numerous dams. These dams were later used for culturing different varieties of bass fishes.

Five years later, DuPont Company filed patent for nylon fishing net, this was later developed into nylon monofilament fishing line.

The year 1992 is one of the most glorious events in the history of bass fishing. Larry Nixon, the famous fisherman in the history of bass fishing won $1 M total earnings for this sport on this year.

Bass Fish

Several fish species that are being caught in the bass fishing events are the following:

Micropterus salmoides (Lacepede) - Largemouth Bass
Micropterus dolomieui - Smallmouth bass
Micropterus punctatus - Kentucky Bass

Other species of Micropterus are also caught but one that remains popular is the Largemouth bass. However, it should be emphasized that Australian Bass are different from the above North American Bass variants although most share similar features.

Perhaps, the most robust success of Bass Fishing was in the 1950s. The popularity of the game during this period is the springboard to the development of modern fishing equipments from bass boats, rods, lines, lures and various fishing gears.

Electronic gears were also incorporated among the host of equipments bass fishers used at that time. Reels of different types, which function in hauling and hoisting, were also created.

The contribution of bass fishing industry to the US economy records $50 to $70 Billion and the number continues to grow. Statistics show that the audience base of this sport is increasing and that more and more people are getting interested in it compared to tennis and golf.
